MONTCLAIR HACIENDA

This fabulous little home was touched in every part of it by its creative owner. He came to Federal Building Company with a clear concept of what he wanted and it only took a bit of nudging to get me 100% on board. The project included a small addition and a kitchen. It took the crew a lot of thought to achieve one of the projects main goals – doors that opened the kitchen up to the outside with no threshold (and with no threat of water intrusion when the winter rains began). The results were a wonderful and romantic kitchen/outdoor living area complementing the existing home and fulfilling the client’s vision.
