SAN FRANCISCO FLAT

Newly converted to a condo, this lovely flat needed two new baths, a laundry and a kitchen face lift. We retained the period style of the home and designed each bath to be as spacious as possible. The kitchen had already been remodeled but did not exactly suit the new owner. With only minimal changes using paint and new lighting the kitchen has become a favorite place to be.
